I am currently the Director of the Orange County Intelligence Assessment Center (OCIAC) in Southern California. I have been at the OCIAC for 11 years. I have served as your NFCA Secretary for the past four years. Prior to the NFCA Secretary, I held the Pacific Region co-chair position. I have represented the National Network of Fusion Centers at local, state, and national meetings to include expanding information sharing relationships with federal partners, access to publicly available social media data, and increasing awareness of the Network with public safety and private sector partners. I have represented the NFCA in front of the House Homeland Security Committee on the lack of social media data access by law enforcement. As an analyst myself, I feel fortunate to represent the 1,000+ intelligence analysts in the National Network of Fusion Centers to the NFCA Executive Board.
